Our autism assessments are carried out with care, patience and a full understanding of each child’s unique profile. We take time to observe behaviour, communication styles and developmental history to create a clear picture of strengths and challenges. Every assessment is tailored, evidence-based and designed to give families clarity, support and a practical way forward.
CBT helps individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Through structured, collaborative sessions, we work on identifying unhelpful patterns and replacing them with healthier, more balanced ways of thinking. The goal is to build skills that reduce anxiety, improve mood and support long-term emotional resilience.
Couples therapy provides a safe and respectful space for partners to communicate openly and understand each other more deeply. We explore patterns in the relationship, strengthen emotional connection and help couples resolve conflicts in a healthier way. The process supports both individuals and the relationship itself, promoting trust, balance and mutual support.
PTSD can affect everyday life in profound ways. Our approach focuses on creating a sense of safety while helping individuals work through trauma at their own pace. We use evidence-based techniques to reduce distressing memories, manage triggers and rebuild a sense of control. Support is always compassionate, steady and grounded in trauma-informed care.
Grief is personal, and there is no “right” way to experience it. Bereavement counselling offers a gentle, understanding environment where individuals can talk openly about loss, process emotions and find ways to cope. Sessions focus on healing, adjusting to life after loss and gradually rebuilding confidence and emotional strength.
Depression affects both mind and body, often making everyday tasks feel overwhelming. Our treatment approach centres on understanding each person’s experience and offering practical tools to lift mood, restore motivation and build healthier routines. Therapy is supportive, person-centred and aimed at helping individuals regain balance and reconnect with their lives.
